Some of you may remember the old 1977 Hobbit cartoon movie. I grew up with it, and though it's not always critically acclaimed, I am actually very fond of it (though perhaps if I first saw it as a cynical adult I would've not been so fond). Anyways, If you need a Hobbit refresher and don't have time to read the ibook (though it's actually really short relatively speaking) I think it does a good job following the story.
